Gentle Retreat Away is offered away from the workspace.  We locate our residential retreats in tranquil, rural locations noted for their natural beauty which are conducive to holistic activities that can enhance wellbeing.

​Work Space Retreat

Working from home or away from the work organisation,  offers many benefits and freedom. Yet research reinforces that the loss of community and sense of connection to the workplace and their colleagues, can have negative effect team members sense of fulfilment. This malaise can markedly affect morale and performance individually and for the wider organisation.
Increasing levels of loneliness and lack of organisational purpose are reported.

Through guided meditation, positive psychology tools, and zen yoga offerings, our experienced practitioners help participants achieve a heightened state of awareness, relaxation, and may promote learning, insight and valuable sharing of ideas and experiences.
